These two Angels bring you (us) this most magnificent Yoga/Workout/Strength Training experience! I took a workshop this past weekend at Legacy Burbank with none other than the talented and Angelic beauty that is Summer Huntington. The first two hours were the insights into a “Flow Fit” training which is quite powerful in and of itself. I thoroughly enjoy that kinds of workouts as we do them in my TacFit class here at TacFit Los Angeles with Coach Robert Miller. If you have not tried a TacFit class, I definitely suggest it and you will see the changes that will occur both inside and out. In our workshop this weekend we learned “FlowFit Content, specifically closed chain joint mobility drills for releasing bound fascia. Condition with Scott Sonnon’s Original FlowFit program, learn how to modify for any level of fitness.”
After which, we moved right into the Clubbell Yoga part of the four hour workshop. I have taken yoga before, but using a three (3) or five (5) pound clubbell as additional weight and strength training is the most amazing feeling. It makes you fight for that balance and strength which is an awesome boost. I love it when additional weight and your coach make you work for what you truly want, that push they give you is just what you need for your inner Angel and Light to shine!! My Angels, no matter what workout(s) you do, just be sure to get out and move. You have to get your body and joints moving and keep them moving. For if you do not, you will feel achy and sore and have regrets for not doing it sooner. We only have this one body, this one life, this one temple, so why not treat it as such and take care of it and yourself to the best of your ability.
