These two Angels bring you (us) this most magnificent Yoga/Workout/Strength Training experience!  I took a workshop this past weekend at Legacy Burbank with none other than the talented and Angelic beauty that is Summer Huntington.  The first two hours were the insights into a “Flow Fit” training which is quite powerful in and of itself.  I thoroughly enjoy that kinds of workouts as we do them in my TacFit class here at TacFit Los Angeles with Coach Robert Miller.  If you have not tried a TacFit class, I definitely suggest it and you will see the changes that will occur both inside and out.  In our workshop this weekend we learned “FlowFit Content, specifically closed chain joint mobility drills for releasing bound fascia. Condition with Scott Sonnon’s Original FlowFit program, learn how to modify for any level of fitness.”

After which, we moved right into the Clubbell Yoga part of the four hour workshop.  I have taken yoga before, but using a three (3) or five (5) pound clubbell as additional weight and strength training is the most amazing feeling.  It makes you fight for that balance and strength which is an awesome boost.  I love it when additional weight and your coach make you work for what you truly want, that push they give you is just what you need for your inner Angel and Light to shine!!  You can check out more here at Ms. Huntington’s blog site, .

My Angels, no matter what workout(s) you do, just be sure to get out and move.  You have to get your body and joints moving and keep them moving.  For if you do not, you will feel achy and sore and have regrets for not doing it sooner.  We only have this one body, this one life, this one temple, so why not treat it as such and take care of it and yourself to the best of your ability.

I am always in your corner my Angels!!  Always sent with Light & Love!

Angelic Nature

Review: “Cloud Dancer”by Billy Ray Chitwood

This is another remarkable helping from accomplished writer Billy Ray Chitwood. I’m a big fan of his work and took time out of my busy schedule to read this. I was not disappointed.
Written in beautful prose the story dances away and takes us to the clouds. Our hero suffers a car accident and his head gets stuck in the vlouds of medical sedation. From here it is only a step further to time travel and the world of Native Indian as they face the infamous “Trail of Tears’.cloud dancer
Sad, yet full of uplifting moments, this is a great blend of genres that will keep your interest easily.
There is a lot going on in this story, historically, romantically and plot wise. It never fails to engage with its beautiful prose and imaginative storyline. A very accomplished novel about meaning in life and inequality, love and honour.
Very enjoyable.

Resistance band bicycle crunch

Chape Fitness

The bicycle crunch is an excellent exercise for building core strength and toning your thighs. It’s an easy move to complete, and you can make it tougher adding a resistance band to the equation.

Anchor the band at the bottom of the door. Attach each end of the band to an ankle strap, and lie on your back. Move far enough away from the door so that the band starts to stretch. Place your hands behind your head.

Gently exhale and begin your movement by simultaneously:

Contracting the abdominals to curl your head and shoulders off the mat.

Bringing your right knee in toward your right armpit and allowing the knee to bend to a deeper angle.

Straightening your left leg toward the door while keeping it elevated off the floor, higher than your hip.

Rotating your torso slowly to bring your left elbow toward your right knee. This movement will…

5 Automotive Legends You May Have Forgotten

5 Automotive Legends You May Have Forgotten…

Aggressive Design

Sure we know names like Lamborghini, Porsche, and Ferrari, but do we know the people who created these cars?  The legends whose automotive history has faded into the abyss of time.  Some of you now probably argue about which mythic brand is best and why without even knowing the history or why these brands are as great as they are.  They all start with great stories and although we have a plethora of them, these are our best selections.

1.) Henry Ford
470px-Henry_ford_1919[1]Mr. Ford was a tinkerer and once he got enough money to follow his dreams he built a gasoline powered vehicle, but even with backing the road was a rough one.  It wasn’t until his 999 raced and won that his supporters lined up and began advertising his product.  You may think his dream was mass production or automotive genesis.  Actually he wanted to produce the best working…
