Always with MUCH LIGHT & LOVE!!
My Angels, you are the most important thing! Without your understanding and love of yourself you are no good to anyone else.
Always with Much Light and Love to all my Angels!!
This afternoon the Mrs. and I went to see, “The Last Jedi.” It was good. No spoilers but I still say the Original Trilogy is not in any danger of being replaced on my favorite movies list.
As I sat in the theater I couldn’t help but think of my father. He took me and my brother to see our first Star Wars movie. I remember seeing it and being, pardon the pun, blown away! I Love A Gong Bath!!
Have you ever attended a Gong Bath? Neither have I and it always peaked my interest. So when I heard there was an event happening not far from my home, I knew I had to go.

According to the story, a miracle happened and the oil lasted for eight days…

“Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentaly”~ Jon Kabat Zinn
Initially it begins with coming into a comfortable seated position and bringing awareness and observation of bodily sensations, most often the breath. The breath is the anchor for concentrating the mind.
The tradition in Yoga however, is different. As a yoga teacher, I have also learned other methods of meditation that can be practiced. Not everyone will find Mindfulness Meditation a good fit. But it doesn’t mean you have to give up on being mindful…
