Before I go to sleep
I hear your angels
as they sing to me
a soft spiritual lullaby
Full of such soft melodic
notes in which everyone
is alive with the joy of
your adoring love
And your many children
the stars seem to sparkle
shining in perfect unison
while praising your holy
name
Causing my eyes to close
while allowing me to rest
so peacefully within my mind
with visions of your paradise
lulling me to sleep
For you have given dominion
over my life as I sleep to your
angels, so I may never know a
restless slumber…
all because You love me.
