Getting Through Anxiety

So I thought I would take today and write about some suggestions for distracting the mind while anxious or suffering from a panic attack. I cannot guarantee that all of these (or any of these) ideas will help you as we all find different things helpful (please make sure the things you find helpful are healthy), but I thought I would try to help. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions or if you have experience with mine.

  • Play some Labyrinth Spill. While this game isn’t easy to bring with you everywhere, it is a good game for distracting the mind since you have to focus on the game and not much else.
