If you must have chocolate, choose dark chocolate
Dark chocolate is supposed to be good for pain including Fibromyalgia. Dark chocolate has more cocoa in it and that is supposed to help with pain. Don’t eat the milk chocolate and white chocolate and expect the same results. Plus they have more sugar in them.
