We are now on week 2 of our How To Be Confident journey and I couldn’t be more excited. This week I will be helping you Face your fears and get out of your comfort zone in order to continue to grow through things.
You are not alone. Millions of people may have similar fears, if not the same exact one. Bringing yourself down won’t help you overcome it. Acknowledging that fear is a normal emotion can help you find the strength you need.
