I thought I would share a delightful experience that I had on my travels back from Florida last week. While on my flight back this amazing lady sat next to me and before we knew it we were saying “hi” and talking about life and her FB page “saludable 100×35.” Now I am all about being, eating, and exercising to be and to stay healthy so this topic was right up my alley. She goes on to state that she is partnered with a doctor, Dr. DRA Dulmary Figueroa Cortes in order to show how to have healthy eating habits to all individuals – even Cancer patients. Who, according to Norma when a Cancer patient changes his/her diet/eating habits it make s a difference in his/her Cancer results upon going back to the doctor. I can attest to a healthier eating habit while having Cancer an how it helps. But, we kind of ate that way before – it was just increased when diagnosed.
The key word in the above is “show” via postings of videos of healthy foods and how to prepare them. It truly was an interesting subject to discuss while on a plane ride and they do not do any of this for a fee or to get paid in any way as it is all on FB – they do this just to be able to help people. They do this out of the kindness of their heart and that says a lot about people when they do things like this.

I thought it would be nice to share such a story and see what you think after your review. I found it to be not such a coincidence Norma and I met that day.
