How I’m Learning to Turn Into a Positive Thinker

I realized that with all the the negative thoughts I was having, I was experiencing my life’s events behind a fog. Learning to become a positive thinker has been very hard, but I know that becoming more positive will lead to new and healthy experiences. Here are a few of the things I’m doing now to become a more positive, and happier me:

Learning to Forgive

I’ve learned that it’s not worth my time to dwell on things that are already done and that I need to become stronger in order to learn to forgive. Forgiveness is still very hard for me but it will allow for me to move on from both mine, and others’ mistakes. Happiness and positive experiences are going to be impossible to come by if I’m still holding onto to the past.
