Healing Doesn’t Have To Be Fast

You don’t need to feel happy all the time. You don’t need to be “over it” by now. You’re allowed to take your time.

This weekend, release the pressure to be okay. Sometimes the most healing thing is simply saying, “This is hard right now.”

Healing isn’t a straight line. And you’re doing beautifully, even if it doesn’t feel that way yet.
