My Angels, I hope this message finds you all well and ready for this new year!  I pray every hour of every day that this year has to be better than the last.  My Angels are near and I know they hear me and have plans for me to get me where I want and need to be, this I know to be true.

On that note, one of my items I would like to learn to do is GET UP EARLY.  I am so tired in the mornings that I just don’t know, but I am going to try.  Maybe go for a run in the a.m.  Early to Bed Early to Rise right…

As with every other day of the week, always have faith in yourself, in your life, in your love, in your heart, and faith of your inner being.  Why, because that inner being (that inner voice) is the one that we should usually listen to because that is the one who truly knows what you need, not what you want.

Be adventurous, get in a good workout (of some sort) and do this by getting outdoors and breathing in the outdoors and all it has to offer!  Life is too short so enjoy your weekend my Angels!

Happy Saturday my lovely Angels! I hope you weekend is starting off on the right foot or with a left hook. 😉

I took this day to workout. Not once, but twice. One workout, my Bootcamp, always makes me feel so much better. But, when you throw in a boxing class an hour later… Well let me just say your day is awesome!!! So, many thanks to my @toughgirlbootcamp and @cityofangelsboxing. I sure love you guys! Thanks for such great workouts.
