Have you ever had a off day? You know the type of day where everything seems to go wrong, where it seems like every person you interact with has a personal vendetta against you. Like all the people and things you deal with are completely against you. I am not even being dramatic here, because we have all been there, you just cant seem to catch a break.

Think about the last day you felt like that. Work, family, friends, finances any number of things can add to stress, shaping a day that has the potential to plummet into sadness. But what about when you are in that terrible mood and you share your frustrations with the people you interact with? You spread the negative vibe. A domino effect begins.

What if you spread the vibe with someone else and you later found out that person has a mother who is dyng of cancer…

DECISIONS ~

I have always found throughout my life that when it comes to making a decision, if I have to sit and think about whether it is the right decision or not, if I am hemming and hawing over the decision, it might not be the right decision for me.  I do believe that when you need to make a decision to do something, you know right away if it feels right and/or is the right choice for you at that time and space within your life.  Deep down you just know.  If you have to think about whether or not you should or should not do something, I believe you already have your answer – deep down.  And, believe it or not, I have never been steered wrong.  🙂

THE ART OF MANLINESS

Happy Friday my lovely Angels!  I thought I would share an interesting bit of information: I was provided the below website the other day from a great friend while we were on the train headed to work as we were discussing what it is to be a man and the different things men have to do in life, such as tie a tie, prepare for a date, etiquette, etc.  And, while I am not a man myself, I found this to be very interesting and thought I might be able to learn a few things myself.  So, without further adue, below is the website for the Art of Manliness, which I find to be very interesting and possibly helpful for those of all generations, but mainly the younger in which to learn many aspects of becoming a man and what it means.

I do love nature, mother earth, friendly faces, all bodies of water, furry babies and beautiful photos – – like this one by photographer Joshua Weinfeld.  Can you see them?  Can you see the Angels above in the clouds?  I never now what I will see above when I look up, that’s why I do – – and, I’m always surprised.

                                  I can show you God
The great search for God is fruitless for some.
I knew a woman from  Santa Cruz.  We sat together often drinking hot and tasty
coffee on the Santa Cruz boardwalk. Her heart was cold and dead.She  told me God is dead and forgotten.
We are just people struggling with no place to go or reasons to be alive.

I smiled and pointed to the sea.
I told her God is alive.
Look at the dancing sea.
The sun above us. Gifts for us from God.

God isn’t our master or guide.
Life is for us to decide.
She looked frustrated and asked.
