I Choose to Remain Aware – Part 1/2 – Steve Beckow @ Golden Age of Gaia

ALWAYS ONE

Wendell A. Brown's avatarWhere Words Daily Come Alive.com

I am a part of you
my Lord, and you are
the dearest part of
me

So wherever I am
you also are, for
in my mind your
love is all I see

And wherever you are
you will also find my
many praises of love
to daily be

For I am blessed to
be a part of you, as
you shall forever be
the best part of me.

Joshua 1:9

Have I not commanded you? Be strong and
courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be
discouraged, for the LORD your God will
be with you wherever you go.”

Isaiah 41:10

So do not fear, for I am with you; do
not be dismayed, for I am your God. I
will strengthen you and help you; I
will uphold you with my righteous right
hand.

. . .in life we are re-born many times.

“Author John Roger wrote, “We are only born once into life, but in life we are re-born many times.”
He was describing the many “mini-deaths” we experience
on our journey through life.
We die to old ways of being to be reborn in our power.
We die to old beliefs to be reborn in the truth.
We die to habits of need, dependency and control
to be reborn in reliance on Spirit.”

“In the same way that we feed our bodies three times a day,
we should feed our spirit.
Just as we would never consider running our car without gas,
we should not consider running our lives without the power of the Divine.”

Happiness

Attitude is Everything

Dan Marsh's avatarGood Vibe Council

The way in which you show up to life is so important. We all encounter hurdles, we all go through our own share of suffering, we all get a few bumps and bruises along this winding path. What we don’t all do though is show up with the intention to push forward and thrive regardless of life’s hurdles. What I am talking about here is attitude. Attitude is so important for a variety of reasons but let’s start with the fundamentals. We all have the choice whether to show up with an internal mindset of self-encouragement and self-motivation, or on the flip side drowning in a pity-party of self-defeat. Now, I can tell you I have lived and breathed through both and I can tell you which attitude and mindset produced better results for me.

2017 was a defining year for me and it was one of the biggest eye…

Happiness Starts With YOU!

Dan Marsh's avatarGood Vibe Council

In life, we often look for happiness everywhere else except within ourselves. Facebook, Netflix, online, in food, alcohol, drugs, the weather, other people, and everything else in between. What most of never really do is look inside and find happiness in who we are, what we are about, where we going, what we are achieving, and how we are showing up to life, day in day out. The external factors are good, but true happiness starts and ends with who you are as a person and gaining an understanding of yourself.

For many, and I have been hear myself, there is so much emphasis on finding happiness in everything external to us. Expectation is placed on situations and there is a heavy reliance on external circumstance for us to gain a level of contentment. The sad thing is, when things don’t go to plan, someone lets you down, or an expectation…

Dance With Fear

Dan Marsh's avatarGood Vibe Council

Fear is a powerful feeling and thought process that for some is absolutely debilitating. Fear of failure, fear of what others may think, fear of not being good enough, fear of what it will all mean if you put yourself out there into the World. Some become so engulfed in their fears that they never really make a start. Are you one of these people? Have you understood what the trigger is for the fear? Is it any of the above? Is it what lies on the other side of fear and the possibility of something amazing?

The reality is, we all need to become fearless in the pursuit of what makes us happy, what lights us up, and makes our soul start to dance, We need to live in the fear of what it will mean if we don’t do what we desire in this limited time on earth…

No compromise

leapingtoes's avatarOh, border!

I never liked the word compromise, it feels like there’s some negative vibration hanging onto it. I used to think it was because I was stubborn and selfish. Objectively, it could be because the underlying meaning is that someone has to give something up. Yet again, objectively, sometimes we do have to give something up for the greater good of all. However, that then is no longer a compromise, but a matter of reaching an agreement or even a consensus.

Maybe it is because compromise seems to hang around the vibration of a scarcity mindset. There is only so much, and therefore someone has to give up something so the other(s) can have that little bit of something (else). Assuming we take the view of an abundant mindset, then we push really hard to see beyond what is available at hand, at present, and look for something bigger and…

Courage | Strength

leapingtoes's avatarOh, border!

The immediate association with Courage in tarot-speak is VIII Strength. However, I see Courage as only part of what Strength is about, while at the same time, Courage also speaks for more than what Strength is about.

Every VIII Strength card comes with a lion, and a very composed human bravely co-existing with the lion, not from physical taming, but from a controlled connection that tempers the mannerisms of each other. You can see the Strength in it, because it is not the “hey, kitty kitty”  kind of connection, nor is there any sense of fear. Instead, it is a very balanced mutual trust, or even camaraderie and neither undermines the other. I find this a very good example of not mistaking softness for weakness.

When we talk about courage, we usually end up discussing along the lines of facing up to something we are fearful of, such as physical fears…
