Life is like a roller coaster.Its has its up and down,its your choice to scream or enjoy the ride.No matter how many problems you face don’t forget to learn from your troubled problems.Being  happy will make your difficult life easy.When life is sweet,say thank you and celebrate,and when life is bitter,say thank you and grow.I try to be happy and thank God for all the things he gave me.I find happiness in the little pleasures of life.

Longer seems the day.

With the tiny drops cluttering my way;

Rain has a reason for the downpour,

But heart has none.

There are the smiles so faked

like in portrait,I need too…

For the sane life that is to be lived.

But what is such a life ?

Where you smile for somebody else,

Cry not for thyself,

Run to reach the unknown shores.

Wading through the built-barriers

Live for yourself!

It’s time to unearth your goodness

If that be done, you’ll shine the world

With goodness and hope

So keep that beautiful smile

The perfect you in all your imperfections,

The Magnificent YOU.

I’ve watched the news in sorrow. News of deaths, of outpourings of sympathy, of despair that other deaths go relatively unmourned as people of all faiths and backgrounds flee in terror. Mostly they are running from those would kill them if they cannot control them. Sometimes, though, they are fleeing the bombs of those trying to stop the terror. Everyone runs from bombs, no matter what their source. And the hate and the fear and mistrust grows all around.

I write a blog about world peace. It’s an odd topic for a blog, but it grew out of the premise that if we all understood each other better, if we listened, if we could feel another’s pain and joy as our own, world peace would be achievable. I know how idealistic this is. But I believe it.

We have to harden our hearts, steel our minds against empathy in order…

…just the way you are.
That goes for all of you.

I challenge you all to try to think this of your self:

I’M PERFECT!

Never mind your physical or mental illness, worries, anxiety, looks, defects and what other people try to make you believe as not perfect in you.

Never mind everything negative you’ve ever thought about your self. It’s just mind illusions.

YOU ARE YOU, just the way you are. Nature miracles has made you and nature is never wrong. Never.

No one is worth more than you and no one is worth less than you. We are all perfect!

The rest is up to us. Tell your self you’re perfect, tell others they’re perfect.

If we try this together, lets see if we change our minds about our selves and others.

Getting Through

Sometimes it seems
Like I’m not strong enough
But then I remember
That it’s all a lie

I begin to feel hopeless
Remembering how it once was
But then I remember
How hard I try

The sun begins to shine
The clouds begin to fade
I realize that this will pass
As long as I never give in

I know that I am stronger
Than the fear that tries to take control
In time this will get easier
