FAITH ~

My darling Angels, Happy Thursday.  A little reminder about “Faith.”  I must say, and I know it’s hard, but “Faith” we all must keep, no matter what.  I myself find times very trying at times, but I always keep the “Faith.”  I always keep the “Faith” because I know there is a plan and all will work out the way it is meant to.  The Lord knows my circumstances and my inner peace issues and he with his Angels all have it worked out for me.  I just can’t see it yet.  But, all in due time!  I just need to have “Faith” and live in the moment.  I do understand that all is better said than done, but – practice makes perfect. So, please my Angels, try to keep your “Faith” and remember your Angels are always with you, listen to you, and have your inner best at heart.

Acceptance

I will practice acceptance. Today I will accept people, situations, circumstances, and events as they occur. I will know that this moment is as it should be, because the whole universe is as it should be. I will not struggle against the whole universe by struggling against this moment. My acceptance is total and complete. I accept things as they are this moment, not as I wish they were.

Good day my Angels!  Do you ever feel like you are in a fog, a haze, out of sorts, and need to somehow find a way to clear the cob webs? I know it’s hard, trust me, I do.  But my Angels, stay positive, stay in Faith, and know that this too shall pass.

HOT YOGA!  8)

Good day my lovely Angels!  Happy Tuesday!

So, I took a “Hot Yoga” class today and was wondering if any of you out there have taken such a class?  I have taken Yoga before and was really interested in the “Hot Yoga.”  Let me tell you, I sweat so much!  Haha!  It was truly a great experience that I do recommend to all of you.  We stretched everything, loosened up, and all in all felt great afterwards.
