I recently found Yogi Bryan and do his meditations from YouTube daily now (very much needed for me). He is not your typical teacher so please go into this knowing just that. He uses words you might not think of using during the meditation process (keep an open mind please), but he’s really good at what he does and always makes me smile in the process. I like that he thinks outside the box, went into this to make fun of Yoga, and now look at him. LOL

Five Years Cancer Free!
Whew! Talk about a breast cancer marathon. From the shocking diagnosis to my double boobectomies, the implants of my bionic boobs and subsequent challenges of taking estrogen-suppressing and depressing pills, I’ve finally crossed the five-year finish line. Hang on while I catch my breath.
I couldn’t have done it without you, my readers, my family, and friends who cheered me on every step of the way. This blog has been a life-saver. Literally.
When I posted my first Boob Report in May of 2013, I recounted the shock of learning I had cancer. It included the hilarity of simultaneous scheduling madness by two Evelyns, each on different phone calls and ears. My Life-Changing Reiki Experience
It’s been a long time since I’ve woken up super stoked and energized. It’s still early in the day, and I’m on fire! All it took was an hour and fifteen minutes of my life in a Reiki session at the end of May. Not bad for a life-changer.
Before Reiki:
I’ve been told by many people that I’m not grounded. My energy rides several feet above ground level. What does that mean? I have to focus on relaxing to get that heavy feeling through my feet, and it only lasts as long as I think about it. Weird for you, normal for me.
