THIS RESONATES WITH ME…  So, I thought I would share…

Just a quick reading I was able to do for today. I used the Energy Oracle Cards Deck by Sandra Anne Taylor. All cards are in reverse (aka upside down). The cards I got:
Adjacent Possibilities (#24), Indecision (#8), Door to Romance (#33), All Tied Up (#23)

The angels remind you that the choices you make affect the outcome of a situation, so choose what is conductive for you! They also applaud you for finally getting going on a decision you’ve been putting off for a while! Thinks might get shaken up, but overall, remember to practice self love while this happens. For some, this may mean a romance is not forthcoming, or a relationship is starting to end, or that there is going to be some gap or distance in a current relationship. The angels say not to worry though, all will turn out as it should be. As a result of this, you will no longer be tied down, nor tied up, and will be clear as to what you want to do in order to get over a situation that you might have been stuck in for quite a while. Trust in the angels, and have faith that they will  definitely be with you as you go through this leg of the week.

ARE YOU SURE YOU WANT TO QUIT?

So, let me get this straight – – you’re tired…  you’re tired of getting up early, of going to school, of homework, of all those exercises, of not being able to keep that pen moving on paper and finish that one chapter, of not being able to do that one push up, of not being able to finish a 5k, and so on and so on.  The list can go on forever if we let!  But, you are not alone in your struggles my Angel.  We all have our struggles, but what makes us all different is how we intend to handle them and move forward.  Move forward by not letting them get us down or keep us from obtaining our goal(s).

When in doubt, remember – “Slow and Steady Wins The Race!”  So, take your time, relax, breathe, take in some fresh air, recoup and readjust and get back in there!  But, by no means are you allowed to quit!  That should never be in your vocabulary – it certainly is not in mine.

 

Do Not Stop    YOU GOT THIS

Don’t allow setbacks to derail your dreams. A setback is not an excuse to throw in the towel on yourself, your goals are too important, your better life is still possible, keep moving forward!

I like the analogy of riding a bike.  When you were learning to ride a bike for the first time and inevitably fell off, did you just give up?  No, you got back up, dusted yourself off, and tried again until you learned.  Now did that initial setback somehow reveal your inability to succeed in the future?  Of course not.  If every failure was truly a sign of all of our inability to succeed at something in the future, nobody in this world would even know how to ride a bike!  So the simple fact that you see some people riding a bike every day, should be a reminder to you that your goals and dreams are possible.

The lesson is to never let a small setback stop you from continuing to try.  If you get knocked down, get back up, take a deep breath, analyze what caused it, make any adjustments, and try again the next day.  The most important point being, that you simply keep trying again and again until you make it work.  Babe Ruth said, “It is hard to beat a person who never gives up.”

Don’t allow the rocky terrain of life to flatten your spirit, you can have what it is you desire.  Remember, everything yields to diligence, believe in yourself and keep going till you find a way to make it happen!

** Life happens!  We cannot excel at everything without a setback here and there.  It’s all good.  Don’t give up, dig in, try again, and get going!  You got this!  No matter what you have in front of you, no matter obstacle you believe to be totally impossible to conquer or overcome, have faith and believe in yourself as I believe in you!  You can do ANYTHING you set your mind to.  There are no obstacles, only the obstacles in your mind.  You must be able to tell yourself, at the end of the day, that you tried – your conquered your obstacle and let the chips fall where they may.  You can go away with your head held high!

Like I always say, life is too short to live inside yourself or your house at all times.  We all must wake up our inner being and get out and enjoy life.  Get outdoors and enjoy the little things in life that make you smile and expand your heart.  Please, for what it’s worth – do not sit around and say “if only I had done this or that” and do not sit around and have regrets!  Never have regrets because when you get older you will wish you had taken those little chances, those overnight or two day trips, or just gotten out that afternoon to go to the beach or go meet up with friends.

When You Are Ready…

Have you ever bought a book, wanted to take a class, heard about a movie or thought about writing a book, but after one or all of these items pops into your mind that you would like to do, see, or hear, you get distracted – stop what you are doing – and begin to pick up on another matter.  Do not beat yourself up about this!  Trust me, this is ok as it was not the right time for you to do, see or hear about this particular item.  Everything in it time and in its place.

“Thought for Today” When you are ready, the time will come for you to pick-up that book you have been meaning to read or attend a meditation group to connect with other like minded people,  Don’t beat yourself up for procrastinating, because you are exactly where you need to be at this moment.  Be at peace with The Source and know that you are loved beyond your wildest dreams.  You need not make any effort to prove yourself or to be worthy.  God’s love is unconditional and all encompassing and forever present.  ~LShell~

Happy Saturday my lovely Angels! I hope you weekend is starting off on the right foot or with a left hook. 😉

I took this day to workout. Not once, but twice. One workout, my Bootcamp, always makes me feel so much better. But, when you throw in a boxing class an hour later… Well let me just say your day is awesome!!! So, many thanks to my @toughgirlbootcamp and @cityofangelsboxing. I sure love you guys! Thanks for such great workouts.

DECISIONS ~

DECISIONS ~

I have always found throughout my life that when it comes to making a decision, if I have to sit and think about whether it is the right decision or not, if I am hemming and hawing over the decision, it might not be the right decision for me.  I do believe that when you need to make a decision to do something, you know right away if it feels right and/or is the right choice for you at that time and space within your life.  Deep down you just know.  If you have to think about whether or not you should or should not do something, I believe you already have your answer – deep down.  And, believe it or not, I have never been steered wrong.  🙂

“Sometimes what is simple, easy and effortless for you is the solution you have been seeking.  What feels like breathing to you may not be what others are best at.  Effortless creating of your dreams without over thinking them into complexity helps you know which direction we are pointing you toward.  What gets your stomach in knots usually means there are repercussions with something you have been pondering.  When you are in the flow of your Divine inspiration, there may be a small incline up the hill but it will feel clear, simple, grounded and steady.”

PUFFY PEACE! ~ JUST BREATHE ~

While looking above into the great outdoors and the beautiful puffy clouds above, I can feel the peace, I can feel the love, I can feel my Angels surrounding me and guiding me to be here in this space and at this particular moment so I can experience this magickal feeling of Angelic Heaven on earth.

I can only imagine the words that went through the mind of photographer Joshua Weinfeld while taking such a magnificent photo of the puffy clouds above.  You do realize that each and every moment in time and space is a gift. What is a gift?  You know what it is, but let me see if I can put a little spin on it…the person with whom you love and created life with, your furry babies, your friends, your family (be they immediate or best friends being family over time), your breathe each day, your first steps out of bed, and/or just the opening of your eyes in the morning.  Each of these things and many, many more are gifts and are not to be taken for granted.  Do not take for granted that which is in front of you because it can be gone in the blink of the eye.
