WHAT MAKES YOU HAPPY?

Do you often times find yourself feeling a bit dull in your everyday life?  Feeling like you have run out of gas and you need to refuel?  Is there no motivation to begin something new and exciting or continue on your present path?  All of us seem to get in a rut with the same ole’ same ole’.  This is normal, but it’s time to put new passion back into your life and the angels are with you to help in anyway they can.
Think about what you are really passionate about?  Do something to rejuvenate your spirit!  You know what it will take to put the oomph back into living.  Is it a relaxing walk in nature, a sunny day at the beach, a long weekend at your favorite hideout, a trip to see friends that you really miss?  Decide right now what will make you happy and renew your energy to bring the passion back into your life to help you feel excited and ready to conquer the the little things or to bring on something new!  Your soul thrives on your creative energy and it will bring you new ideas and guidance for happiness. ~LShell~

American Soldiers drinking with boisterous and loud German women and men in a guesthouse.
Celebrating the May festival in Stuttgart in 1978.

Drinking the  cognac and good beer.
One of the German men yelled “A toast and a song.”
He ordered a round of cognac for the table.

He raised his cup and spoke. “To peace and no more war.”
He begin to sing. ” If I was the King of the forest. I would have only friends. I would have no hunger and the people would dance and celebrate being alive.
Guns would be forgotten. War would because a myth.
If I was the king of the forest. People would not live with fear. All races and religion would be content.

~ BABIES ~

As you know, my baby Caesar passed away a month ago on Septenber 29th.  I can hardly believe it and my heart still aches.  But, our other baby, Jerry, needs playmates so Rob and I have been looking and – we found these bundles of happiness who will be 3 months on October 9th.  We do not have names yet, so if anyone has any ideas, please feel free to let me know…  we have one boy and two girls.  We were originally going to take two, but being siblings, I couldn’t leave one…

You all know I love my workouts.  Well, September was a “plank challenge” month at my bootcamp class.  So, whatever you help your plank for the first day, you had to double it at the end of the month.  I held the first day for 2:52 and by the end of the month, I held for 7:15!  I was very happy and felt good.  I could have gone a bit longer, but class was needing to start so…

Believe in yourself and anything is possible.  I knew I had this all month!  Why, because I had faith in myself and knew that when I push myself everyday and give 110% everyday – I had it!  There is no excuse why I couldn’t.  I was not giving myself one.  I give myself no slack when it comes to my workouts – period!

                              Utopia of the pen and the paper.

In the sixties. There was a good dream.
We support to be working 32 hours a week and enjoying art, poetry and music by the year 2000.
The Utopia dream fell apart by poor decisions and incompetent leaders.

Utopia had become a forgotten dream and word.
People believe work is life. Life is work. People had become like cattle waiting for the slaughter by
a government that had lost control.

The media is controlled.
A waiting list for men and women taking the chance on war than finding work in a desperate times.

Poor kids are looking for answers and reasons to try.
The USA flag bleed of distaste for peace and poor young people…
