Do you feel stuck between where you’ve been and where you envision yourself?

Transition is a beautiful time, my friend! Transition is where profound transformation unfolds. Don’t rush through it; savour that fresh slate energy. Dive deeper into discovering who you are and what you want. You’re creating something completely new, becoming someone different, and witness how your life evolves.
If you are in a transition I also want to acknowledge that it can be lonely, and scary, sometimes you feel like no one understands and you can’t relate to your old friends or family. But, you are not alone! Keep your thoughts open to life’s support. Believe that you’re safe, and your needs will be met. Life is unfolding exactly as it should.
If things feel like they are falling apart, remember that what wasn’t meant for you is making way for something better. Embrace the opportunity to rebuild.
Ask yourself, how can I give my all to this season in life? What do I need right now to be able to shift my mindset to see the truth in my life?
Continue learning and finding inspiration in those who have walked similar paths and get ready for life to unfold in magical ways.

Sat Nam Dear Ones,
When you awaken any morning with unusual, unsettling, strange, dismal, or dreadful sensations, it’s essential to allow these sensations to surface and reveal their true nature/origin. Once they’ve identified this, take deliberate “shake it off” actions. Release them into dissolution. This is where krya, mantra, and breathwork all become the antidote.
Resist the vibratory request for any of these sensations to linger, for allowing them to persist results in epigenetic impressions that control thoughts, feelings, and actions from the subconscious. This is submission to them, not a deeper understanding of them. Mantric syllables will replace these feeling words. Breathwork will replace the subconscious “demandments”. Asana (re-posturing) resets the pranic field to then adjust the blood chemistry. The key is acknowledgment — then ultra-intentional disentanglement.
Our prayer is that with this, you establish and maintain agency with your physical, emotional, and mental bodies to allow the higher spirit bodies to shine through and lead the life forward. This is true forgiveness… forward-giveness.
