If you are in a transition I also want to acknowledge that it can be lonely, and scary, sometimes you feel like no one understands and you can’t relate to your old friends or family. But, you are not alone! Keep your thoughts open to life’s support. Believe that you’re safe, and your needs will be met. Life is unfolding exactly as it should.
If things feel like they are falling apart, remember that what wasn’t meant for you is making way for something better. Embrace the opportunity to rebuild.
Ask yourself, how can I give my all to this season in life? What do I need right now to be able to shift my mindset to see the truth in my life?
Continue learning and finding inspiration in those who have walked similar paths and get ready for life to unfold in magical ways.

Sat Nam Dear Ones,
When you awaken any morning with unusual, unsettling, strange, dismal, or dreadful sensations, it’s essential to allow these sensations to surface and reveal their true nature/origin. Once they’ve identified this, take deliberate “shake it off” actions. Release them into dissolution. This is where krya, mantra, and breathwork all become the antidote.
Resist the vibratory request for any of these sensations to linger, for allowing them to persist results in epigenetic impressions that control thoughts, feelings, and actions from the subconscious. This is submission to them, not a deeper understanding of them. Mantric syllables will replace these feeling words. Breathwork will replace the subconscious “demandments”. Asana (re-posturing) resets the pranic field to then adjust the blood chemistry. The key is acknowledgment — then ultra-intentional disentanglement.
Our prayer is that with this, you establish and maintain agency with your physical, emotional, and mental bodies to allow the higher spirit bodies to shine through and lead the life forward. This is true forgiveness… forward-giveness.

It’s been a minute and here we are in 2023. I hope all had a safe and happy holiday season.
You know in life it’s the little things like the below I found in a coffee shop. It’s cute, clips on a visor, and is a reminder that Angels are By My Side. At this point in time in my life as I move forward onto a new adventure it was a good sign to see and one that I needed.
My Angels, always keep the faith and take care of you! You are number one in this life and then everyone else. Trust me, I have had to learn that the hard way.

There’s a new attitude on Earth right now, and it’s evolutionary nature’s reaction to the old, exhausted, brutal attitudes that have plagued humanity since it first stood up. This new attitude is the new standing up — a standing up into spirit — a path of spirituality.
Old attitudes at this present moment think metaphysics, and spirituality are faux science and soft philosophies, but this is furthest from the truth. Spirituality is not some foreign thing; being spiritual is not a path of wu•wu — it’s living with spirit; with passion, and with in•spirit•ation…inspiration. It’s literally the inhale that gives all creatures life…inhale means to inspire.
Doing whatever you’re doing; being whatever you’re being with that inhale, is the passion of spirituality. On the other side of this equation, there’s the sigh of exhaling — the origin of exhaustion. In the end, it’s the death of a moment, awaiting the next inspiration, or even incarnation.
This world is being repaired, with the old habits clinging to their dying ways… But it can be repaired with these new attitudes from new generations. Children are being born with unique, sacred natures of spirit — they see this world in its disastrous turmoil and know it requires their uniqueness.
To educate them about their role in this world they must become what has never been…they must experience life in new ways of seeing, feeling, hearing, and being. These children are different… And for them to make a difference, stop labeling their differences to justify the exhausted standards.
Our prayer is that you embrace these children and their future; join them as guides, not guards…be tolerant of their differences and supportive of the difference they’re here to make.

Anatomical energies are the invisible pathways that circulate through your body and guide life’s connection to the Soul…connection to consciousness. The ‘mysterious’ thymus gland is a highly specialized primary lymphoid organ of the immune system. Playing a role in the endocrine and immune systems, the thymus gland develops and trains ‘T’ cells, the all-important — invader and disease-fighting — white blood cells. The thymus trains these ‘T’ cells throughout your childhood…and just like with the pineal gland, there’s a major metaphysical function that continues after this physical function has semi-retired.
This lifelong function is at the root recipient of the ‘silver thread’ — a pulse of streaming cosmic information that maintains your life, your reason for being alive, and your heartbeat. This information contains your purpose, your destiny, your life map, and your life’s programming. It comes to you from the furthest reaches of the Multiverse. The mystics and masters referred to this as the confluence of all Cosmic rivers…flowing through the time of this life, from the timeless passage of all your lives. This is the combination of all your lessons — those you’ve mastered and those you have left…like a Cosmic “To-Do” list. Once this stream of information ceases — your personal messaging stops — your entire reason for breathing and existing disappears — your body ceases to function. You can keep a person alive when they’re brain dead, but you can’t keep a person alive when they’re heart dead. Yes…there are artificial hearts, heart transplants, and open-heart surgery, but none of this will work once the silver thread is withdrawn…once the pulse of your cosmic lifeline ceases to reach the thymus.
Our prayer is that you listen and relate to your heart daily, for it’s in this relation that you’re aware of this thread of Universal information that causes your life to unfold. Be mindful of your heart, feelings, and heartfelt within your mind…be your holistic self…completely comprehend your reason for breathing while fully engaging your Earthly moments.

Always an Angel..:
TODAY I SAW A NURSE
Today I saw a nurse.
Dressed head to toe in blue
A mask, a gown, some gloves
Fearlessly working for me and you.
She moved from bed to bed
Tirelessly doing all her checks
But even in the midst of chaos
Her kind words to me have great effects
She said I’m here beside you
Please do not despair
This helped calm me down
as my lungs gasped for air
No visitors can come to me
No flowers will pass my door.
For a virus has come for us
That makes our chest, throat and head sore
Yet there is my little angel
Walking around the room
Looking after us all
And fighting off our gloom
I watch her hold a patients hand
And guide them to the light
These nurses truly understand
They’re full of courage and might.
After each one passes
She softly hides her cries.
Then takes a little moment
And mourns anyone who dies.
Today I saw a nurse
A mighty powerful person
A hero, an angel, a friend.
Helping people who have come to the end.
Today I saw a nurse
She stayed a while beside me
That’s when I knew this awful curse
Was going to come find me.
I thought of all my family outside
And those that I so love
And felt a hand grab mine
Through a blue powdered glove
Today I saw a nurse
She was there at the very end
I felt the love pour from her
As she held me like a friend
So do not worry friends and family
Stay safe at home and fight
For today I saw a nurse
And the light she had was bright.
