Peace Of Mind is not something you have to earn or acquire, since your true self is already peaceful. Instead, it requires being like a sculptor with a block of marble, who works with this material until the inner masterpiece is revealed. If you will make peace of mind your main focus, you will inevitably feel a great sense of relief.

Steps that create peace of mind include being honest with yourself, living according to your inner guidance, being helpful and kind to others, practicing meditation or yoga, eating only healthful foods, avoiding toxins, maintaining healthy sleep habits, avoiding negative people and media, surrendering your problems to God, communing with nature, simplifying your life, and saying no when you need to.”

My Angels, Happy Valentine’s Day!  Take this time, this day, and show yourself some love!  It’s ok to use this day, Valentine’s Day, and spoil yourself.  And, please note, that it should not just be Valentine’s Day that this is done, but every day.  You should take time out of every day and do something, even just one this, that you love – for you!  That will give you the “Peace of Mind” that we all need and require.

Our Lady Of Great Power comes with a special message from such inspired spiritual leadership, which is the leadership of the heavenly Mother herself. She tells us that no matter what we may be trying to accomplish upon the earth, she has power to assist us towards success and that power is beyond any obstacle. No matter whether a personal matter, a social matter or environmental issue, legal or financial issue, spiritual crisis or beloved other that needs helps, we can pray to her and she will provide us with what is needed. Our job is to act on that with trust; praying, listening, responding, waiting, acting, reflecting. This is how we live with her, in her grace, and in the magnificence of her great power.

She asks now that you dispense with any habits or beliefs that it all must be accomplished on your own. She knows that you have struggled to find the support you have needed at times in your past and she asks you to put that behind you now. It helped you grow strong and develop self-reliance but your task is different now. You have that strength and enough self-awareness to know who you are and what has meaning for you. You know to remain true to yourself, even if you are in partnership or collaboration, joining forces with others. You are beings asked to allow yourself to be helped so that you can become an empowered channel for her grace to reach the world. So pray. Be open. And know that she is powerful beyond measure.

My Angels, live in Faith, live in Trust, and live in the knowledge that “You have that strength and enough self-awareness to know who you are and what has meaning for you.”

My Angels, you know yourself – you know your inner Light – you know what is right and wrong deep down – so, stop and start listening to your inner Light!  You Deserve Better in this Life that is too short and goes by so fast.  So, don’t waste it or time.  If there is something you want out of this life, don’t be afraid to go for it.  Take that chance and break free – just go for it.  If for whatever reason it does not work out the way you wanted it, that particular thing was not meant to be and there is something better just ahead.  Do not lose your Faith or Strength.  Know there is a plan for you and this life, whatever that might be.  Trust it.

Who is Archangel Gabriel?

Gabriel is one of two archangels specifically named in the Bible (the other being Michael). In the Old Testament’s Book of Daniel, Gabriel appears to Daniel to help him understand his visions of the future. In the New Testament’s Gospels, Gabriel appears in the Book of Luke in famous scenes called the Annunciation, because the archangel announces the forthcoming births of John the Baptist and Jesus Christ.Scriptural roles underscore Gabriel’s mis­sion as the supreme messenger of God, and why this archangel is the patron saint of communications workers.

Artists throughout time have portrayed the angel in the Annunciation and other images of Gabriel with feminine features, long hair, flowing gowns, and—if you look closely at the Renaissance paintings—a feminine figure. Perhaps this is be­cause Gabriel is so closely aligned with the Divine feminine situations of pregnancy, birth, and com­munication.

When To Call On Archangel Gabriel

Gabriel and Mother Mary work closely together to minister to sensitive children. They guide conceptions, adoptions, pregnancies, births, and the raising of children. Because Gabriel is deeply concerned about children’s welfare, the archangel mentors responsible and loving adults who wish to help the young. If you feel called to work with children in any capacity, please ask Gabriel to help you. Gabriel helps earthly messengers such as teach­ers, counselors, writers, artists, and actors. Who is Archangel Uriel?

When most people think of archangels, they in­clude Uriel in the list. Yet, this archangel seems the most mysterious; and eludes the clear definitions ac­corded to Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel.

In the Book of Enoch, Uriel is one of the arch­angels who protected humankind from the Watch­ers (a group of fallen angels), including guiding the prophet Enoch, who later ascended into the archan­gel realm as Metatron.

When To Call On Archangel Uriel

Uriel illuminates our minds with information, ideas, epiphanies, and insights. He reminds me of a wise old uncle in this way. He’s wonderful to call upon whenever you need a solution, such as at busi­ness meetings, when writing, while studying, or when taking a test. He’ll whisper correct and appro­priate answers into your ear, which you’ll receive as words or thoughts that are suddenly “downloaded” into your mind.

Angel Card Reading for Thursday:  You Are Stronger Than You Know

Challenging situations show you your inner strength, especially when you seem to have no choice but to handle the matter directly. This card is encouraging you to keep going and to call upon the deep well of strength that God has given you. It is within you now, and you can draw it upward to serve you, like a tree drinking water through its roots.

While you may feel like giving up, this is a time to persevere. It’s a self-test . . . so that you can gauge how much strength you truly have. After the situation is resolved, you’ll feel safer and more confident because you’ll know that you can rely upon yourself.

My Angels ~ always keep your Faith and Trust that your Angels are taking care of the situation (whatever it may be) for you.  It might not turn out that way you want it to at the time, but it will turn out the way it is intended.  I know that might not make any sense and might be hard to understand, but when you have Faith and Trust – it all comes together.  Lord knows I have had many situations wherein I truly needed to have extreme Trust and Faith and I talked and still talk to my Angels on a regular basis.  I prayed and still pray a lot, but I know they have it!  I leave it in their hands and just breathe!

Your angels want to help you with this situation; however, they require your permission before they can intervene in your freewill choices.

50 THINGS TO DO BY YOURSELF ~

Have you ever had one of those days that you are finally by yourself and you are so happy that you have this free time, but your mind goes blank as to what to do now…

Well, here you go ~ below are 50 Things To Do By Yourself, thank you to http://www.jochunyan.com/blog/50-things-to-do-by-yourself

Whatever you end up doing on your own, listen to how you feel and go with doing something that lights you up from the inside out!

  • Start your own vegetable patch in your garden. Or plant them in larger planter boxes if you don’t have the space.
  • Bake something that you have never made before. I love flipping through old recipe books, searching for delicious treats.
  • Spend a day at a museum or art gallery.
  • Meditate – sit, be still and devote time to listening to your breath.
  • Review and update your core desired feelings. I use Danielle Laporte’s The Desire Map (affiliate link) because it absolutely works miracles in my life!
  • Have dinner on a your own in a nice restaurant – take time to really enjoy the food.
  • Read your favorite chapters from the books you love.
  • Go to a farmer’s market, basket in hand and stock up on fresh, seasonal, organic produce.
  • Go for a walk – in nature, outdoors and enjoy breathing the fresh air.
  • Make some popcorn, add your own toppings (be creative!) and have a movie marathon.
  • Listen to an album from start to finish without doing anything else. Or find a playlist that resonates with what you are feeling on 8 Tracks.
  • Go out for a long Sunday brunch.
  • See a film at the cinema on your own – you won’t have to share your popcorn.
  • Do a grocery shop at your favorite organic grocers and splurge on something you don’t have very often. My local organic grocer also offers personalized tea blending. I just tell them what I kind of tea I want and they create a herbal blend from various organic herbs.
  • Start a herb garden that will sit on your windowsill. This is perfect for small apartments. Also, most herbs are quite hardy and will last throughout the year.
  • Create a mixed tape or playlists for all your different moods and occasions. I have ones for running, yoga, studying and working.
  • Take your bike for a leisurely ride and go your favorite café.
  • Rearrange your wardrobe and discover old clothes again.
  • Clean and organize things around your home. Try using Marie Kondo’s KonMari method for decluttering in order to spark joy!
  • Visit the florist and pick out a bunch of flowers for your bedside table. Use your good vase!
  • Create a calming space in your home for working on your hobbies or projects.
  • Create a beautiful meditation or spiritual corner – make a little altar for your crystals, meditation bowl and candles.
  • Take all your old clothes, books and furniture and donate these things to charity. Make room for the new by clearing out the old.
  • Paint, draw, sketch, write – let your emotions and intuition guide you to with this one.
  • Make a terrarium from a selection of succulents and moss.
  • Go somewhere in the city that you have never been before.
  • Go to a gig, enjoy the music and dance like crazy.
  • Read up on your horoscope or consult your tarot cards, angel cards!
  • Send a handwritten letter to a friend, lover or family member.
  • Create a Pinterest board to help visualize and bring your next adventure to life.
  • Make an Acai bowl, topped with fruit, yoghurt, super foods and granola.
  • Light a candle, take a relaxing bath – try adding some essential oils and herbs like sage, chamomile or peppermint!
  • Journal. Write up a list of things you would love to do, declare your dreams and intentions or simply empty out all your thoughts into your notebook.
  • Do a face mask. Make one from the ingredients in your kitchen! Combine 1 tablespoon of honey, a banana and a few drops of lemon, mix it up and apply to your face.
  • Roll out your mat and do yoga to rejuvenate, energize and relax. If you need a guided yoga practice that you can find online, I highly recommend Adriene With Yoga (Youtube channel) – she has amazing practices that I actually love!
  • Think of 50 questions that you want the answers and consult Wikipedia.
  • Do a juice cleanse for the day. Read more about my juice cleanse here.
  • Rearrange things in your room using Feng Shui to bring more light, flow and harmonious energy to your space.
  • Give an old chest of drawers some fresh paint or replace the door knobs in your house with vintage ones.
  • Give yourself a mini retreat weekend – eat healthy food, go for a massage, spoil yourself and really relax!
  • Sleep, doze or power nap as much as you need to. Read more about sleeping in my post How to Hibernate.
  • Sip a cup of tea and look out the window.
  • Go to the park, pack some homemade sandwiches, bring a picnic blanket and a good book.
  • Catch up on all your favorite blog posts.
  • Travel. I love travelling on my own because it really pushes me to live outside my comfort zone, to trust my intuition and to learn more about myself.
  • Give yourself a manicure – try a different styles like Leopard prints, marbling effects, dots etc.
  • Wake up early to see the sunrise. Or make time at dusk to catch the sunset.
  • Go for a jog or walk by the beach. Breathe in the salty sea breeze and watch the waves lick the shore.
  • Study. I love studying in my spare time. Sign up for online courses on any topic you have an interest to learn more about.
  • Take a photo to depict each hour in your day.
  • Make a gratitude list. I just add to this list overtime and whenever I feel unhappy, I read through it. It instantly cheers me up and puts things into perspective.

CLUBBELL YOGA

These two Angels bring you (us) this most magnificent Yoga/Workout/Strength Training experience!  I took a workshop this past weekend at Legacy Burbank with none other than the talented and Angelic beauty that is Summer Huntington.  The first two hours were the insights into a “Flow Fit” training which is quite powerful in and of itself.  I thoroughly enjoy that kinds of workouts as we do them in my TacFit class here at TacFit Los Angeles with Coach Robert Miller.  If you have not tried a TacFit class, I definitely suggest it and you will see the changes that will occur both inside and out.  In our workshop this weekend we learned “FlowFit Content, specifically closed chain joint mobility drills for releasing bound fascia. Condition with Scott Sonnon’s Original FlowFit program, learn how to modify for any level of fitness.”

After which, we moved right into the Clubbell Yoga part of the four hour workshop.  I have taken yoga before, but using a three (3) or five (5) pound clubbell as additional weight and strength training is the most amazing feeling.  It makes you fight for that balance and strength which is an awesome boost.  I love it when additional weight and your coach make you work for what you truly want, that push they give you is just what you need for your inner Angel and Light to shine!!  You can check out more here at Ms. Huntington’s blog site, http://www.clubbellyoga.tv/blog .

My Angels, no matter what workout(s) you do, just be sure to get out and move.  You have to get your body and joints moving and keep them moving.  For if you do not, you will feel achy and sore and have regrets for not doing it sooner.  We only have this one body, this one life, this one temple, so why not treat it as such and take care of it and yourself to the best of your ability.
