Strength
I had someone ask me, how does one survive being:
- Abused by ones father and grandfather;
- Catching a disease from your first boyfriend that leads you not to be able to have children;
- Mentally abused by other boyfriends to make you think you were not enough;
- Raped at gun point just knowing you were going to die and are ready – you’ve come to peace with it;
- Surviving Cancer; and
- Ones father going to prison for abusing another. You were unable to put him away before for his abuse of you… all the red tape and laws made it impossible.
My response, inner strength. That takes a lot of faith, a lot of strength and courage to face this life after all that has happened.
Stay strong Angels. Life is a gift and worth fighting for and exploring.

Who Should Have a Mammogram?
The American College of Radiology and Society of Breast Imaging recommend:
Women 40 and older should have mammograms every year. Women who are younger than 40 and have risk factors for breast cancer should ask their health care provider whether mammograms are advisable and how often to have them Mammograms Before Age 35 Mammograms before age 35 require a physician’s order. If you are concerned and would like a mammogram, talk with your primary care physician.
If You Notice a Breast Lump or Change. If you find a lump or something that worries you, schedule an appointment with your doctor, but don’t panic — eight out of ten lumps are not cancer. Your physician can write an order to schedule your diagnostic mammogram.

Happy Thanksgiving Angels! I started with a little run around a very nice lake and then a little dinner to follow. My Angels, I know at times things might seem bleak, tough, or just out of co trol, but please remember to keep the faith and stay positive. Remember also to talk to your Angels… they are around and listening. Also, a little prayer never hurt anyone. Pray to whomever you are comfortable and talk to your Angels my loves.

THREE ways to clear energy quickly, and to restore your awareness of your true spiritual identity of health, happiness, and balance, which God created you as:
- Shield yourself. Like taking an umbrella into a rainstorm, shielding yourself doesn’t mean that you’re afraid of the energy. It means that you have practical common sense to take care of yourself. Even when you find yourself in the midst of a harsh energy situation, it’s never too late to shield yourself. Ask God to put a protective bubble of light around you; or envision Archangel Michael handing you his shield; or imagine that there is a filter around you that only allows loving energy to go to you and from you. There are countless ways to shield yourself, and it’s the intention that counts.
- Praying to clear your energy. When you wake up, and before falling asleep, spend a few minutes praying for God and Holy Spirit to clear any negativity from your body and mind. This is a super-powerful way to start and end your day with a clean slate, and you can feel the debris of unwanted energy leaving you.
- Fill yourself up with the awareness of divine light. The irony is that when you least feel like taking good care of yourself, is when you most need to. Fortunately, there are measures you can take without having to expend a lot of energy: for example, listening to a positive meditation can help to lift you up; stepping outside if the weather permits; praying for help or reading a positive book; or calling a good friend or a counselor for support.
My Angels, always try and keep your energy clean and clear of any and/or ALL negativity. You will feel so much better and happier. Try to get those bad vibes away from you. The sooner, the better.

3 Ways Your Guardian Angels Help You To Stay Positive
Here are 3 ways that your guardian angels can lift you up to a positive perspective:
- Ask for Divine Help. Asking for help from God, Jesus, and the angels is the first key to staying positive, no matter what’s going on around you. When we worry, we are imagining that we are all alone. But when we pray, it’s an affirmation that help is all around us and within us. It doesn’t matter HOW you ask for help – all that matters is that you DO ask for help. What do you need help with? Please take a moment right now and ask for divine assistance.
- Focus upon solutions. Being positive doesn’t mean that you’re naïve about what’s happening in the world. There are definite issues of concern going on right now. The way to stay positive in the face of awareness about issues, is to focus upon finding solutions. So, when you become upset about something, pray to know how you can help. You will be given divine assignments that will assist with the situation. And please don’t worry: God will never give you an assignment that you can’t fulfill.
- Accept help. It’s not enough to ask for help – you also have to be willing to receive help. Your guardian angels are continually sending you messages, signs, love, prayers, and other forms of help. Most of this help comes in the form of you receiving divinely inspired ideas to take positive action. If you feel confused, blocked, or intimidated to hear or follow this guidance – pray for courage and support – and it is given to you. Your Your relationship with your guardian angels is mirrored with your relationship with people. The more that you feel comfortable asking for and accepting help from people, the more comfortable you’ll feel with requesting and receiving help from above. So do practice daily asking for help, and accepting help in its many forms.
If you have difficulty asking for or receiving help, or if you feel like no one in your life is helpful, please say this prayer:
“Dear God, Thank you for healing anything in my mind or heart that would prevent me from asking for or accepting help. Help me to know please that I deserve help, just as much as anyone else. Thank you Lord for guiding me to healthy friendships with supportive people. Thank you for hearing and answering my prayers.”
Your guardian angels can help you with anything that brings about peace, because peace is their divine assignment. The more of us who consciously connect with our guardian angels, the more peace we bring to the world.

You know to remain true to yourself, even if you are in partnership or collaboration, joining forces with others. You are beings asked to allow yourself to be helped so that you can become an empowered channel for her grace to reach the world. So pray. Be open. And know that she is powerful beyond measure.
