Good day Angels! I read this poem this morning and had to share. Enjoy as I have…

Have a fabulous day Angels!
Always with Light & Love!
Good day Angels!
I was wondering as I came across this amazing creature if any of you have ever heard of the Cyrtopleura Costata? Well, if you have not heard of it – here is a bit of information on this Angelic creature…
“Cyrtopleura Costata is a bivalve mollusc in the family Pholadidae. It is found in shallow parts of the northwest Atlantic, living in the seabed, where it burrows through sand and mud to a depth of up to 3 feet (0.91 m)
Cyrtopleura costata has a pair of brittle, asymmetric white valves and can grow to about 7 inches (180 mm) in length. The anterior end is elongated and has a rounded point which is used for digging through the substrate. The posterior end is truncated and rounded and near the beak has an apophysis, a wing-like flange, which helps provide an attachment for the foot muscles. On the anterior side of the beak, the margin is smooth and bent slightly upwards. The whole valve has finely sculptured radial ribs which intercept with a series of concentric growth rings parallel with the margin. In the living animal, the valves are covered by the periostracum, a thin grey protective layer of protein which is part of the shell. This layer has usually been stripped away by sand and surf by the time that the empty shells are washed up on the beach, and the valves are usually found singly, because the muscles that hold them together are weak. Internally, the live mollusc has a powerful muscular foot and a pair of long, fused siphons. These siphons are unable to retract back into the shell and as a result, the two valves permanently gape apart.

Cyrtopleura costata lives beneath the surface of the sea bed. It is able to bore through sand, mud, wood, clay and even soft rock using a twisting motion of its pointed, anterior end assisted by jets of water ejected from the mantle cavity. It is a filter feeder. The siphons extend to the surface of the substrate and water is drawn in through one and expelled through the other with microalgae and zooplankton being filtered out as the water passes through the gills. Respiration takes place at the same time. Cilia then waft the food particles to the mouth.
Spawning usually takes place in summer. Gametes are passed out of the exhalent siphon and fertilisation takes place externally. After hatching, eggs develop into veliger larvae which are planktonic. After 16 to 21 days these undergo metamorphosis into a pediveliger stage and settle out onto a soft substrate such as sand. There they become juveniles and start burrowing.”
Is this not the most beautiful thing you’ve ever seen? There are always sign near and far and always around us. Be open, have no doubt, have no fears, stay positive, and be around only positive individuals as negativity only bring us and our energy down.
Stay Blessed Angels and know you are always Loved!
Always with Light and Love!

My Angels, I share this interesting email with you on behalf of Guru Singh & Guruperkarma Kaur ~ being nervous in any situation is natural and only human. It’s what makes life… real and, has you in the moment/present. Having nerves and being nervous is exciting, frustrating, and yet necessary all at the same time.
Enjoy you day Angels!! Always with Light & Love!
Good afternoon my Lovely Angels!! And, Happy Wednesday!
Have you ever worked at a job where you would just love to move on and do something else, but you enjoy some of the people where you are, you feel you haven’t quite made a big difference yet (when you truly have already), and/or you have been there for so long that the idea of a change and leaving the familiarity of this place and the contacts you’ve made is a bit stressful to even ponder. When someone thinks of something they need or need to have done they always know that you can do it and will. They depend on you and know your reputation to be the one to go to. That in and of itself is priceless. That right there shows that you have, in fact, made a difference. But, you have not been treated properly for a long time now, have not been supported in your efforts to grow, and you come home everyday irritable/upset/depressed and just not as happy as you used to be when going to do this job. Sometimes, there are just signs that tell you deep down “it is time to move on” as Change is Required.
My Angels, life is too short not to be “happy.” No matter what that happiness is for each and every one of us, we must all find our happiness daily. And, if you are working at a particular place that does not in some way, shape, or form give you some sort of happiness or fulfillment then please listen to your inner voice and the signs that are giving you the guidance you require – the guidance you need.
My Angels, I say all this to tell you to please have “FAITH!” Have Faith in the future, in your Angelic Inner Guidance, in yourself, Faith in this Life. My Angels, you are always looked after and loved tremendously. Believe in this, believe in you, believe in Faith, believe in your loved ones who are cheering you on and know you can do anything you set your mind to.
Now, Go and Spread Your Wings and Fly My Angels! Fly so High and Never Look in that Rear-view Mirror except to wink and say “I Did It!”
Always with Light & Love!
xoxox
I feel it in the air… we all need a little Angelic Guidance, Angelic Love, Angelic Light, and maybe even a little Angelic Connection from within. Pay attention and truly listen My loves and you’ll hear your Angels Guiding you on the right path for you.

As I Began to Love Myself – Self Love Poem by Charlie Chaplin
As I began to love myself I found that anguish and emotional suffering
are only warning signs that I was living against my own truth.
Today, I know, this is “AUTHENTICITY”.
As I began to love myself I understood how much it can offend somebody
As I try to force my desires on this person, even though I knew the time
was not right and the person was not ready for it, and even though this
person was me. Today I call it “RESPECT”.
As I began to love myself I stopped craving for a different life,
and I could see that everything that surrounded me was inviting me to grow.
Today I call it “MATURITY”.
As I began to love myself I understood that at any circumstance,
I am in the right place at the right time, and everything happens
at the exactly right moment. So I could be calm.
Today I call it “SELF-CONFIDENCE”.
As I began to love myself I quit steeling my own time,
and I stopped designing huge projects for the future.
Today, I only do what brings me joy and happiness, things I love to do
and that make my heart cheer, and I do them in my own way and in
my own rhythm. Today I call it “SIMPLICITY”.
As I began to love myself I freed myself of anything that is no good for
my health – food, people, things, situations, and everything that drew
me down and away from myself. At first I called this attitude
a healthy egoism. Today I know it is “LOVE OF ONESELF”.
As I began to love myself I quit trying to always be right, and ever since
I was wrong less of the time. Today I discovered that is “MODESTY”.
As I began to love myself I refused to go on living in the past and worry
about the future. Now, I only live for the moment, where EVERYTHING
is happening. Today I live each day, day by day, and I call it “FULFILLMENT”.
As I began to love myself I recognized that my mind can disturb me
and it can make me sick. But As I connected it to my heart, my
mind became a valuable ally. Today I call this
connection “WISDOM OF THE HEART”.
We no longer need to fear arguments, confrontations or any kind of problems
with ourselves or others. Even stars collide, and out of their crashing
new worlds are born.Today I know THAT IS “LIFE”!
There is comfort in knowing and believing that your Angels and Guides are with you. There is comfort in knowing that I do have the strength to fight anything that comes my way ~ I just have to believe and have Faith. There is comfort in knowing that when I leave my baby “Caesar” at the vet that he is well taken care of – even though he will be upset with me when I pick him back up. There is comfort in knowing that though it aches to be so far away from family, that they are all well, happy and well taken care of. There is comfort in knowing that today is Friday, it’s a beautiful day and it is going to be an even better weekend.
Thank you for spending a little time with me today and reading my post. May you enjoy a great weekend with your loved ones on these beautiful days ahead. Always with Light and Love my dears! Cheers!
Yes, Cancer sucks, but at least we have great individuals out there either working in the medical field helping others in some way or those on the back end of the medical field (behind the scenes so to speak) trying to and sometimes finding cures for such diseases. Like these two gentlemen I have the honor and privilege to call my Angel friends: Elliot Kahen, who is a Molecular Biologist who helps to cure Cancer in children; and his father, Howard Kahen, who is Shadowmaster at Pasco-Hernando State College, President at Reflections Medical Aesthetics and Diagnostic Radiologist at Radiology Associates West Pasco.
Once you have Cancer, it is always, in some way shape or form a part of your life. It will be there forever, there is no forgetting about it. It never goes away, mentally anyway. They don’t tell you about that part of it when you are diagnosed or going thru the procedures. Or after for that matter. For me, getting the treatments and the surgeries were hard, draining, cold, exhausting (both mentally and physically), but the hardest was after. The constant reminders of Cancer everywhere you look, the constant reminder when looking at yourself in the mirror every day, the remembrance of when you couldn’t look at yourself in the mirror because of the surgeries, the scars, the mental images of those times that never truly go away, the images of the loved ones worrying about you, the image of your spouse or caretaker taking care of you on a constant basis, the loved ones lost to such a disease, and then you remember and have the knowledge that you are in fact, still here to celebrate your life. You stop, you smile at yourself in the mirror, you acknowledge that time and then you move on.
Move on – that’s right – I said it. Move on. You give yourself a little time to think and ponder and then move on. Remind yourself that you fought Cancer and won. You move on because you fought it like a champ and won! You are a Warrior, a Fighter, a Survivor! You are here to Live Life to the fullest and by God you are going to do it!
You also remind yourself that you are always, in a way, still fighting Cancer in everything you do and everything you eat. Your top priority is yourself! Exercising for a healthier you and eating the proper foods for a healthier and better you. Your life is precious and your body is a precious vessel that should be treated as such because you only have one life and one body to live in. So, why feed it junk food, why not exercise to take care of it, why do you even have to ask? It’s simple, I workout and give 110% because it makes me a better person, it makes me feel better about my self and I know my health is better because of it. It’s that simple. For me anyway.
I will say this, that maybe some don’t… Cancer was a gift! Yes, a gift. It wakes you up from your foggy existence here in life and makes you see things that you didn’t either see before or appreciate before. Most don’t or didn’t see it until something like this comes up and smacks you in the face and says “Stop and Look Around, Life is Too Short to Keep on Like This! What are you doing that you think this is important in life?” It makes you rethink everything you ever knew or thought you knew.
There is no doubt in my mind that there are Angels around us, looking over us, keeping us close. There is no doubt in my mind that my Lord and Savior are always there and have always been there for me. Even when I thought I was alone. I have no doubts!
So, my Angels, my message is this… love yourself for exactly who you are, for exactly your shape and size, for exactly your hair color, love yourself and others because at the end of the day, none of that stuff matters. Take care of yourself and your body because it’s the only self and body you have. I’m not going to love someone for their hair color, for their shape and size, or whatever else. I’m going to love them for what’s inside, the way they take care of themselves, the way they treat me, the way they treat others and my family. That’s it.
Now, go and remember to look up and smile because you are loved and cherished more than you realize.
CHEERS MY ANGELS ~ WITH LIFE, LIGHT, POSITIVITY, STRENGTH, BEING THE WARRIOR WITHIN, GUIDANCE, and LOVE!
I had my last two days volunteering with the Special Olympics on Friday, July 31, 2015 and Saturday, August 1, 2015 as a Production Coordinator in the Digital Strategies Department which was intermingled with media. I met some very nice individuals (Shareef, Don, Jennifer, Pete, Sunni, Dorothy, Gil and Nancy) who helped make my experience very nice. They were very helpful when I needed answers re a number of things that I was getting questioned about.
As far as the athletes – they were a joy to watch compete and an even bigger joy to see the photographs coming in that the photographers would capture. The joy on their faces as they competed and crossed the finish line in their category was priceless. Seeing these individuals with a smile so big and such an appreciation for life and competition is something most of us take for granted. Watching each and everyone of these amazing athletes is a total inspiration to love your life, love where you are at this time in your journey and appreciate each and every minute. They are OUR ANGELS! Go dance in the rain if you want to, go run that eight miles if you feel up to it, love on your children and furry children all you want and by all means keep the faith and love. Remember, everyone has something they are going thru, but if we all keep our positivity about us and reach out to one another in the spirit of compassion and just wanting to honestly help and be there, we can all get thru this life together and much happier.
This wraps up my adventures with the Special Olympics which was an honor and privilege to be a part of. I am more than happy to give my service to such inspirational young men and women.
Until next time – continue to look up, have faith and know we all have our Angels around us. Close your eyes, breathe in that fresh air and peace and you will feel them.
